Use Vaumu to tell stories. What you publish can be opened by anyone with its link, so it has to be safe for them.

Who provides Vaumu

The Vaumu app and the sites vaumu.com, blog.vaumu.com and vaumu.app are provided by PT Nadi Inovasi Nusantara, an Indonesian company. Questions: [email protected].

The app

On iPhone, your use of the Vaumu app is also covered by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Android, by Google Play's Terms of Service. This page adds the rules that are Vaumu's own.

Who it is for

Vaumu is only for people aged 18 and older. Vaumu has no accounts: your stories stay on your phone (see the privacy policy).

For stories, not for fooling people

The chats, posts and phones you make in Vaumu are fiction. Do not use them to make anyone believe a conversation really happened, or to scam, blackmail or defame a real person. The same goes for the free chat maker on vaumu.com.

Free and Pro

The free version makes stories with the Vaumu watermark, up to 3 chats outside an AU and 1 AU of your own; Vaumu's examples do not count. The chat maker on vaumu.com is free and runs in your browser.

Vaumu Pro adds: no Vaumu watermark, your own message times or random ones, IG posts, IG stories, WA status and WA calls, lock screen notifications, live chat videos for TikTok, saving page by page, your own chat wallpaper, and unlimited stories. On vaumu.app, Pro also gives you your own link name and pages without the watermark.

Price, trial and renewal

Pro comes weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime for one payment. The yearly plan is free for 7 days, once per Apple or Google account; after the 7 days you are charged the yearly price unless you cancel before then.

Payment is charged by Apple or Google to the account you buy with, at the price shown in the app before you buy. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it; on iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Lifetime is not a subscription and does not renew.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time in iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID and then Subscriptions, or in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy.

Interactive phones you publish

A page on vaumu.app can be opened by anyone with its link. Do not publish:

• Sexual content, above all about minors.
• Harassment or lies about real people.
• Other people's phone numbers, addresses or personal data.
• Fake login pages or scams.
• Graphic photos of real violence.

Your story stays yours. By publishing, you let Vaumu store and show that page on vaumu.app until you delete it. Make sure you may use the photos, voices and writing in it.

Readers can report a page. A page that breaks these rules is removed, and its name is not given to anyone else. The number of new pages a day is limited. A page without the watermark gets it back when your Pro ends; its link and name stay.

These terms are in Indonesian, English and Thai. If they differ, the Indonesian version governs.
